KRAV MAGA
Kids Krav Maga gives children the skills they need to feel safe, confident, and prepared in the real world. At its core, Krav Maga is about awareness, smart decision-making, and knowing how to protect yourself when it matters most. Our kids program is designed to teach these principles in a safe, age-appropriate, and supportive environment where children can grow without fear or intimidation.
About Krav Maga

Krav Maga (“krahv magah”) is the official hand-to-hand combat system of the Israeli Defense Forces. It’s also the preferred system for U.S. Military and law enforcement personnel. Krav Maga is not a traditional martial art. No katas. No rituals. Based on simple principles and instinctive movements, this reality-based system is designed to teach real self-defense in the shortest possible time. Learn to defend against common chokes, grabs, and bear hugs, as well as weapons such as guns, knives, and sticks. Just as important, we teach people to function during the stress and shock of a sudden, violent encounter. Tested on the battlefield and in the streets, Krav Maga’s practical approach to self-defense will make you safer and more secure.
Krav Maga is also the required training for scores of federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies and one of the most efficient self-defense systems for real-life situations, emphasizing practical defenses against real attacks.
Krav Maga is known for its practical approach to self-defense, and our kids' curriculum focuses on prevention first. Children learn situational awareness, boundary setting, and how to recognize unsafe situations before they escalate. Training emphasizes avoiding danger whenever possible and responding calmly and intelligently when avoidance isn’t an option.
Classes are structured to help kids understand how to stay composed under pressure. They learn simple, effective movements designed specifically for children, always with safety as the top priority. There is no unnecessary aggression or intimidation. Instead, kids are taught responsibility, respect, and self-control alongside physical techniques.
